Character Encoding and Emojis
Alert wise Push Notification Service fully supports all character encodings and emojis, ensuring that notifications are delivered exactly as intended, regardless of the language, special symbols, or emoji content included.
Supported Character Encodings
Our service supports UTF-8, which allows notifications to contain:
- Special characters and symbols
- Non-Latin scripts (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, etc.)
- Mathematical and scientific symbols
- Any other Unicode-supported characters
This ensures your messages are displayed correctly across all devices and platforms without encoding issues.
Emoji Support
Emojis enhance engagement and make notifications more expressive. Alertwise supports all Unicode emojis, including but not limited to:
- 😀 😊 ❤️ 🎉 🔥 🚀 💡
- Skin tone variations (👍🏽, ✋🏾, etc.)
- Flags (🇺🇸, 🇮🇳, 🇩🇪, etc.)
- Custom and newly released emojis (subject to Unicode updates)
You can include emojis directly in your notification text, and they will render properly on supported devices.
Sending Notifications with Emojis
When sending a notification via the Send Notification option in the Alert wise dashboard. just Navigate to Notification > Send, you can:
- Click On Emoji Icon
(😊)to get emoji list and select emoji - You can also search emoji with emoji name
- Directly type or paste emojis into the title/message input field.
- Combine emojis with text freely without affecting delivery or rendering.
