Subscribers
The Subscribers page provides detailed insights into all users who have subscribed to your push notifications. You can view, organize, and customize subscriber data to track user activity and engagement.
The page features a customizable table displaying key subscriber information, with options to add, remove, and reorder columns for a personalized view.
Subscriber Table View Analysis
By default, the Subscribers Table includes the following columns:

Default Columns
- Subscriber ID (🔒 Cannot be removed)
- Device (eg. Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
- Browser (eg. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Operating System (eg. Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS)
- Country (eg. Subscriber’s registered location)
- Last Session (🔒 Cannot be removed) – Shows the last time the subscriber was active.
Additional Columns (Change ⚙️)
You can also include more details in the table by enabling extra fields:
- City current city of subscriber
- Region current region of subscriber
- Currency currency of subscribers country
- Time Zone time zone of subscribers location
Customizing the Subscriber Table

To customize the columns displayed in the table, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Settings Panel
Click the Settings (⚙️) button to open the column customization modal.
Step 2: Modify Displayed Columns
The modal is divided into two sections:
✅ Left Side – Displayed Columns (Drag & Drop to Sort)
- This section contains the columns currently shown in the table.
- You can drag and drop to reorder them.
- Some fields (Subscriber ID & Last Session) cannot be removed.
❌ Right Side – Not Shown
- This section contains additional subscriber data that is hidden by default.
- You can add these fields to the table by clicking the plus (+) button.
Step 3: Adding or Removing Columns
- To Add a Column: Click the (+) button next to a hidden field OR drag it from the right side to the left side.
- To Remove a Column: Click the (−) button next to a visible field OR drag it from the left side to the right side.
- To Reorder Columns: Drag and drop fields within the left section.
Step 4: Save Changes
Once you’re satisfied with the column arrangement, click “OK” to update the subscriber table view
Understanding Subscriber Data
Each subscriber record contains essential details that help analyze user behavior and engagement.

Subscriber ID | Unique identifier assigned to each subscriber. |
Device | Indicates if the subscriber is using Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet. |
Browser | Shows the browser the subscriber used to opt in. |
Operating System | Displays the OS of the subscriber’s device. |
Country | The country where the subscriber is located. |
City (Optional) | The city of the subscriber (if enabled). |
Region (Optional) | The state or province of the subscriber (if enabled). |
Currency (Optional) | The currency based on the subscriber’s location. |
Time Zone (Optional) | The time zone of the subscriber. |
Last Session | The last recorded time the subscriber was active. |
